Dear Just Pets customers,
We have continued to help and serve the public throughout the COVID-19 pandemic for your pet supply and pet needs. During this time we have had set guidelines to follow within the store, and will continue to have certain guidelines in order to keep everyone safe and healthy while shopping in the store.
Failure to follow these rules may result with management kindly asking you to leave the premises.
*Social Distancing - We continue to ask that you keep 6 feet apart from other patrons and staff. Despite businesses slowly opening, not everyone is comfortable yet with close contact, so please continue to be respectful to others while you shop.
*Masks must be worn inside the store at all times.
*No Loitering - The act of remaining in a particular place for a protracted time, without any apparent purpose.
*Parents/Guardians - Children MUST remain by your side at all times. Children MUST NOT touch cages, aquariums or free run the store at any time.
*Call in Orders - If you would like to skip the hassle of waiting in line or getting the kids unloaded for a quick run in, we do accept call in orders. We accept cards over the phone, and will gladly bring your order out for curbside pickup.
**Livestock Appointments** - If you are looking to browse for a new family pet (fish, reptiles or small animals) we are currently accepting appointments in order to safely get customers through the store with our restricted space.
Appointments are 30 minutes long starting from 10:00 AM until 6:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Sundays. PLEASE CALL AHEAD OF TIME - this will help ensure that a time slot is open and you'll have the opportunity to browse.
***Main Lobby is OPEN to the public! Feeders insects, feeder rodents, dry goods, etc. DO NOT require an appointment. If you know the animal you are looking for, we will gladly go back and grab it for you. Appointments are only required if you wish to browse our livestock selection.***
